Had a good experience here with my first Genesis oil change. I had to come from another dealer because it closed. Check in was smooth and I like the one on one service. Plenty of seating in the waiting area.
Currently they're remodeling, but they get you in an out for the amount of vehicles you see in a decent amount of time and with the courtesy car wash. It was greatly appreciated.

2023 GV80 - had a flat tire. Could not get anyone in service after 10+ tries. Took car in and had tire repaired. Technician neglected to pump up the tire after repair. Talked with GM Jon McFarland and got a bunch of excuses. Not a good first experience.

I have owned multiple upscale cars including BMW and Audi but have never run into the following: 1. A downright rundown shabby waiting room for service. Stained rugs, split leather seats from wear, old school coffee server, no complimentary water. Muffler shops have nicer accommodations. 2. Loaners seldom available without long notice. When I do get one, I get one much smaller than my g90 If they want to be a dealership selling cars for 80k and up, they should act like it

I was in dire straights as my car had broke down and they helped me find the car of my dreams and helped me allot Katlyn was amazing and she was so helpful and kind I will always choose hyundai over anything else because thier cars last and they don't gouge on pricing. They made it so easy and helped me so much when I was literally in dire straights thanks so much I appreciate you all so much
They wanted over blue book for a car with almost 200k on it. Refused to budge more than a hundred dollars from the price. Found the same exact car with less miles for half the price
